Dr. Joseph (“J.T.”) Klingen

Dr. Joseph (“J.T.”) Klingen is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. He completed his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Mississippi College. Following this, he attended medical school at Texas Tech University Health Science Center in El Paso – the Paul L. Foster School of Medicine. Dr. Klingen completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL. He decided to come back to his hometown of Houston, TX to complete his fellowship training in Infectious Diseases at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston. His clinical interests include infections of the immunocompromised host, Hepatitis B & C, pneumonia, and antimicrobial stewardship. He enjoys traveling, piano, college football, and visiting friends.
