Houston Center for Infectious Diseases (HCID) was founded by Dr. Leonardo Palau in July 2000 and is the largest group of Board Certified Infectious Disease physicians in private practice in the Houston area. We offer hospital and office consultation services, home IV infusion therapy, wound care, travel medicine consults, vaccinations, and a comprehensive STD clinic. We accept most insurance plans and all patients are seen by our physicians within 24 hours of the initial referral.

Here at HCID our staff members are professionals dedicated to providing you with the best quality care in a courteous and accommodating fashion. We have two office locations and provide services to the north area of Houston including but not limited to Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Tomball, Humble, Willowbrook, and Kingwood.

Whether you are on IV antibiotics or antibiotics by mouth, our healthcare professionals will provide you with the most effective antibiotics available.

Our office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our goal is to provide you with the best healthcare services available.
